How does CBD work for me?
I was expecting my right ankle to be painful after it was fused. It wasn’t as painful, what was more annoying was the inflammation in my opposite leg. I contacted the physical therapist and they sent me video exercises to help with the inflammation it worked at times. I started taking tinctures and noticed a difference in how I was feeling overall, inflammation went away, sleep was a vast improvement and I started to feel like I was back at 100%.
