Found in New Canaan: What’s going on with our local gyms

Since mid-march, our daily lives have changed from the way we work to our area schools, to the small basic things in life. Over the course of the last few months, I have been talking to small business owners throughout lower Fairfield County. I reached out to local gyms and fitness centers to see how they are during the pandemic. Here is what they are doing.

Anel and his trainers are offering one-on-one customized virtual sessions as well as weekly small-group Zoom classes. You can learn more about all of our virtual training options here.

Fit Finder CT is a website that provides you with local trainers. With over 30 trainers providing a range of different styles ranging from pilates, yoga, weight training, nutrition, barre, and more. They also list what age category you are looking for from kids to seniors. With Covid-19 restrictions, you are able to have one on one training outdoors or virtual.

Go Go Fit
They are working with their clients via facetime. Their clients are loving how creative the workouts have been, giving them a challenge they love.

Gyms and fitness centers are projected to open on June 17th.
